  • Weather

    Our tours usually run in light rain and other moderate weather conditions. In the event of severe weather conditions your tour may be canceled up to an hour before its starting time. If your tour gets canceled You may chose to receive a full refund or reschedule to a later date pending our current availability. If a refund is issued, it should received within 3-10 working days.

  • Tour Activities

    All activities that take place on our tours are weather and water conditions permitting. Most times this will be up to the discretion of your Captain. This is done for everyones safety. No refunds will be given in the event that an activity is not able to take place during the tour due to unsafe weather conditions.

  • Cancelations & Rescheduling

    All cancelations and rescheduling must be done 48 hours (72 hours for all private tours) before your scheduled tour time. No refunds will be issued once you are within the 48 (72 for all private tours) hours including NO SHOWS. If you are canceling within the 48 hour cancelation policy due to an illness, a doctors note will need to be provided to receive a full refund.

  • Passenger Restrictions

    Those who fall under the following conditions listed below will not be allowed on tour due to liability and safety purposes:

    • Pregnant Women

    • A history of chronic back/neck conditions

    • A History of hip a replacement

    • Had a major surgery within the past 12 months

  • Minimum Passenger Requirement

    Each of our tours has a minimum passenger requirement. In the event that your tour does not reach the minimum requirement you will be contacted by one of our associates at least 20 hours before your scheduled tour. At this time we will do our best to reschedule your reservation. In the event that you are unable to reschedule or chose not to reschedule we will issue you a full refund.

  • Tour Check In

    It is mandatory that you are present at Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check in with your Captain. A mandatory safety briefing will be held 15 minutes before your tour departs. If you are not present your tour will be subject to be forfeited with NO REFUND. It is crucial that our tours start on time as we share the same dock with other companies and locals. Our tours must remain on schedule so we have enough time for all activities that take place on tour.

  • Booking in advance is highly recommended it will also maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer.

  • Yes, parking is available at the meeting location, on the right hand side of the main road by the coconut trees. Please refer to our home page to view a picture reference we have provided.

  • If you are booked on our raft boats there will be a max of 14 passengers, 1 Captain, and 1 Crew. If you are booked on our Catamaran there will be a max of 40 passengers, 1 Captain, and 2 Crew.

  • If you are looking to bring small children/Seniors on tour with you, we recommend booking on our Catamaran. Our Catamaran offers more comfort seating, shade, and bathrooms. This is a great alternative option as our zodiacs can be physically strenuous.

  • Tips for our tour guides are not included in the price and are not mandatory, but are always appreciated.

  • Space is Limited as we keep our groups small. Non-snorkelers are welcome on the trip, but there is no reduced ticket price if you choose not to snorkel.

  • The south shore is home to beautiful reefs that provide a home for some 200 or so indigenous Hawaiian marine species. You will have the opportunity to spot wonderful coral reefs, colorful reef fish, sea turtles, dolphins, and much more! In the winter season it is common to see a few Humpback Whales!

  • You are welcome to bring your own equipment, but there will be no discount on the ticket price. If your own gear is lost or damaged we will not be responsible for the replacement of any items.

  • Drinks and light snacks are included on our tours. Lunch will be included on a select few of our tours. However, feel free to bring additional food and drinks. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the trip.

  • If you are prone to motion sickness, you may want to take the necessary precautions. We advise you take motion sickness medication like Dramamine 1 hour before meeting us at the docks. We also have sprite on-board which often helps to soothe your stomach.

  • It is recommended that you have some swimming experience due to the fact that for most of our trips you will be on the water the entire time. You will also have personalized instruction in the water.

  • It is preferred that you use the restrooms at the meeting spot before the start of the tour, as there will not be a bathroom to use once the tour begins. If you are on our beach landing tour, there is an out house available in the valley. If you are on our Catamaran tour there will be bathrooms available on board.

  • You are not required to wear life jackets while on board, but we have them on board should you want to wear one. In the event of an emergency you will be required to wear a life jacket.

  • Yes, we provide dry bags for your personal belongings, but there is a limited amount of room, so please only bring what you need.

  • No, all of our tours leave from Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor located in Kekaha on the gorgeous west side of Kaua`i.
